The Overpayment Recovery Department of Data Engineering, LLC identifies and recovers its client's overpayments in the form of duplicate A/P payments, wrongfully-charged utility charges and transaction tax overpayments. We are composed of and/or have strategic relationships with accountants, lawyers, and former state and federal tax hearing officers. We assist our clients by identifying potential overpayments and taking the necessary actions with vendors and state and federal agencies to recoup the overpayments.
