Document Scanning and Conversion
Data Engineering offers a wide range of document imaging solutions.
Data Engineering will scan the paper or film documents, converting them to digital
images that are then stored on CD, DVD, or other magnetic storage. Once the images
are digitized you can convert to many different formats including PDF, JPG, TIFF,
GIF, etc.
Data Engineering can also perform optical character recognition (OCR). By performing
OCR, you can then copy recognized text from a scanned image or fax into a Word,
PDF, Excel, or other office program file.
