How to Get Support: as easy as 1-2-3

 

Step 1: 

Call us at 303-258-7575. There's no difficult call menu to weed through, a simple press 0 or stay on the line will take you directly to a live person. A member of our support team will talk with you first to determine the nature of the problem.

 

 

Step 2: 

Once your problem has been determined, The Support Team member will give you a 6 digit code to enter in the box below. This will begin your remote support session.

 

 

Step 3: 

You will prompted to download an active X control. It will prompt you to “Save or RUN” Click Run” “your browser may require you to Click the tool bar at the top to allow active X controls. “ Click on the tool bar and click on allow.

By completing step 3 you are giving our support team your permission to view your screen and share control of your mouse and keyboard.

Remember: You are in full control of your computer at all times. You always have overriding control of your mouse and keyboard, and you can end the screen-sharing session at any time. This is a secure private session between you and the support team member.
