At the core of our recovery solutions services is our sales and use tax review which
typically begins with a review of the company's core products, services, costs and
systems. We typically interview the accounts payable personnel and conduct an in-depth
audit of the company's accounts payable in light of applicable sales and use tax
statutes. We capitalize on our ability to incorporate our proprietary software,
provide the additional programming necessary to the client-specific dynamics, and
efficiently uncover significant recoverable monies.
We conduct our research at the location of the stored records, scan our own copies
necessary for our recovery efforts and return the material in the same condition
as when found, all at no cost or interruption to the client. All documents are returned
to the files in the same condition as when pulled. If we find recoverable funds,
we will take all necessary action to fight for its recovery at no cost to the company
under a contingent fee agreement.
